Payment Terms/Refund Policy

Tuition includes all supplies and equipment. There is a 10% discount for 3 or more campers in a family.

A deposit of $400 per child (deductible from tuition) is due at the time of your application. This deposit is not processed until your child is enrolled. (There is no deposit required to be placed on a waitlist.) Pending availability, you will receive confirmation of enrollment by email. The deposit is not transferable or refundable after January 15th.

One half of the balance of the tuition is due by February 1, 2021. The remainder is due April 1, 2021. If you apply after February 1st, full tuition is due April 1st. If you apply after April 1st, full tuition is due May 1st. If you apply after May 1st, full tuition is due upon enrollment. If you need other payment options, please call for details.

After March 1st, no refund will be made for absence, withdrawal or reduction in session. There is a $150 fee for reducing the length of session after March 1st, 2021.
