Maddy B.

Maddy loves Camp so much that she’s migrated from camper to CIT to group assistant to group leader. And she had so much fun as a group leader last summer that she returns to the same role this year, paying back and perhaps paying forward.

“When I was a camper, my counselors made camp so fun and memorable. It’s really rewarding to know that I could be helping campers make life-long memories like my counselors did for me.”

Overnights, still a relatively new addition to camp programming, are among Maddy’s most outstanding memories.

“My favorite memory as a camper is the overnights because they were always a great time. I loved spending time with close friends, making s’mores, and searching for counselors in the dark.”

For fun Maddy dances, plays soccer and plays with her dogs.
