Assistant Supervisor of Camp Swim Program

Desired Qualification

• Experience in teaching/classroom/camp group management
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role on a waterfront team or in an activity/group leadership role
• Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to see camp from an administrative point-of-view

Required

• WSI, LGT and CPR certifications
• Understanding of American Red Cross and the “SewaSwim” swim levels and familiarity with the instructional requirements of each level.
• Preferred: Teaching certification
