Summer is Coming!!!
I think it safe to say we may have actually rounded the corner and be headed right towards SUMMER! Can you imagine that in just over 2 months we will all be gathering together for the first time as the Staff Team of 2007 at the May 19th All Staff Training. Our 2007 team is almost entirely in place with less than 15 positions left to fill, and by the way - welcome to all of our first time Sewatarian readers (the official newsletter of Camp Sewataro Staff).
Our camper parents will surely be pleased to know that we have once again assembled an amazing array of personalities and talent to work with their children this summer. A special thank you to those on staff who referred friends and colleagues to us. With the longer days and added sunshine comes the thawing of the ground which will allow us to finish up projects for this summer. We will be putting the finishing touches on the new permanent "waterworks/oasis" station and we are gearing up for the addition of Campcrafts (tracking, map & compass work and camping skills). Some of our older tribes will also enjoy more options this summer with the opportunity to play flag football, ultimate frisbee and capture the flag on a more frequent basis!

Don't forget to get all your paper work completed and returned to the camp office by the April 30th deadline in order to be entered into the Red Sox ticket give-away drawing being held at May Training. Remember that we will also be giving away several pairs of Red Sox tickets during the summer on Staff Appreciation Fridays! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Softball Survey Once again we are looking into organizing some softball games with some other camps (play softball, have fun). A few staff still to hire! Attention Counselors: We still have a few openings for positions and we could use your help!
