Nathan Latta (Eagle Supervisor)

We are delighted to welcome Nathan Latta to our summer leadership team! “I’m very excited about this new position, and I especially can’t wait to work with Eagle Section tribes and help create Friday Special Events,” he says with a smile. (Nathan is no stranger to Friday Specials – he’s played many a “lead” character in his 5 summers at camp, including Olaf (Frozen), King Kandy (CandyLand) and Charlie (of Charlie and the MTA fame), to name a few.) Yet it is Nathan’s patience, kindness, warmth and compassion – combined with his love of working with children – that made him the ideal candidate for this position. Nathan has been successfully leading our SOAR program for the past few summers, always with an unwavering eye on the safety and well-being of campers and staff alike. In addition, Nathan lends his musicianship to Closing Exercises each day, leading the entire camp in song.

A 2014 Graduate of University of Vermont (Psychology), Nathan is currently pursuing a degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology at Boston College. He is a Professional Aide at Wellington Elementary School in Belmont.
This summer marks Nathan’s 6th year on staff, and he wouldn’t want to spend his summers anywhere else. “Sewataro combines almost everything I love doing in my free time into an incredibly rewarding job,” he says.
Nathan is a 2010 graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional H.S., the oldest of 4 siblings, and loves breakfast foods. With Nathan’s experience and expertise, we have no doubt the mighty Eagle section will SOAR to new heights this summer!
