After more than a decade of experience as a camper, CIT, and Group Assistant, this summer Maddy makes the next jump of her Sewataro career to Group Leader! With so many years of Camp Sewataro wisdom under her belt, Maddy is incredibly excited to meet her campers, and make them feel welcomed. “I was able to make so many awesome memories at Sewataro, and I want to give campers that same fantastic experience.” Maddy says she had endless great memories as a camper but remembers one that stood out to her. “My favorite Sewataro memory was the canoe trip during my second year of senior camp, because I got to spend time with the great friends I’d made on a new adventure.” As a Group Leader, Maddy will have no trouble helping new campers quickly feel like seasoned veterans at Sewataro, with her wealth of camp knowledge and outgoing personality.

When not found reflecting on her many memories at Camp Sewataro, Maddy is a rising junior at the St. Mark’s school in Southborough, MA, near her hometown of Wayland. Maddy loves dancing and soccer, and claims her hidden talents include gymnastics, jumping on a pogo stick, and tap dancing. Maddy is also very passionate about mint chocolate chip ice cream!
