Liz Racine

Liz-racine

Liz is excited to be back for her sixth summer on staff. “Camp Sewataro is the happiest place on earth! I have enjoyed my summers as much as my campers have, and I get excited about going to ‘work’ every day,” she says. Liz graduated from Emmanuel College with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and also holds dual licensure in Elementary Education and Moderate Disabilities. She is a second grade teacher in Dorchester. In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her friends and family, singing in the car, writing, doodling, and reading a good book. Her “hidden talents” include painting complicated nail designs with tiny brushes, writing in cursive, putting things in rainbow order, and doing plank workouts. Fun fact: all of the women in Liz’s family have worked at Camp Sewataro – her older sisters, Becca and Maddie, are both long-time Sewataro staff alums, and her mother, Yvonne, worked in our office for a few summers. :)
