Eleven year staff veteran Lindsay Quist is back after a nine year hiatus! “I can’t believe I’m back…I am so excited! Working at Sewie holds some of my favorite memories…I’m so lucky that I am able to work here, and allow my children [son Cooper and daughter Teagan], to experience the Sewataro magic for the first time.” Lindsay will be reprising her role of Fox Tribe Leader, and says she’s most looking forward to “…seeing the campers grow throughout their time at Sewataro. They take risks with things they wouldn’t normally do, which helps grow their self-confidence. It’s life changing!”
Lindsay is a graduate of Keene State College, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Communications, and her Master’s Degree is Special Education. She’s a 5th Grade ELA teacher in Stow, hails from Northborough (where her parents still live), and now calls Westborough home, along with her husband and their two children.
Lindsay can’t wait “to be outside and experience the magic of Sewataro all over again,” and says her goal at Camp is “to make this summer unforgettable for each and every one of my campers and my co-counselors. I want to encourage the kids to grow, take risks, and, most importantly, have fun!”
Welcome back, Lindsay!
