Jenna is thrilled to join the Waterfront supervisory staff. “Becoming a Waterfront Supervisor has been a goal for me since my first summer at camp six years ago. The Waterfront is the only place at Sewataro that campers visit twice a day, every day, and I think it’s an amazing space for children to get out of their comfort zones and push themselves. My favorite moments are when I see the looks of pride on campers’ faces when they finally achieve a skill they’ve been working hard to perfect, whether that’s a Pima doing a back float by herself for the first time, or a Zuni perfecting his Butterfly stroke.”
Jenna is a rising senior at UMass Amherst, where she’s pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.
Her hobbies include swimming, reading, playing instruments (she plays three, though piano is her primary), and listening to music. Jenna is also a dedicated competitive swimmer, who was captain of Hopkinton High School’s varsity swim team. Her favorite Sewataro Tradition is Water Carnival.
