Jeannine Lawless (Transportation)

Continuing on in her second lifetime at Camp Sewataro – now both staff AND camper parent – Jeannine is looking forward to being back on the Communications team this summer. (Last summer Jeannine did a fabulous job covering for Assistant Director Emmy, who was then on maternity leave.) “I enjoyed working with our fantastic Photographer, Videographer, and Newsletter Writer to give parents a small glimpse of the amazing place that is Sewataro!” Jeannine is a freelance editor and stay-at-home mom, who hails from Maynard and holds a B.A. in Communications from Hamilton College. A Sewataro alumni camper herself, her favorite camp memories are of the rainy days. “I used to love rainy days, when we all squished into a shelter and sang songs, played games or watched skits.” Jeannine is also a self-proclaimed “multi-tasker,” who enjoys reading books, doing Pilates, and spending time with her husband and their two boys. “I love being able to share camp with my kids. Sewataro is truly one-of-a-kind, and the amount of growth children experience over the course of a summer often rivals that of an entire school year. I’m thrilled to watch my kids experience ‘growing up’ at Sewataro like I did!”
