Isobel Hayes

Isobel loves to run! Cross Country, Winter Track, Spring Track and simply running around outside are her favorite things to do. (She also loves going to the beach!) Isobel just graduated from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional H.S., and will be entering UMass Amherst this fall. She’s a native of Bedford, England (U.K.), and has also lived in Scotland and Missouri. Isobel is passionate about community service work, and in high school combined that with her love of running. “I was a leader of the Special Olympics Track Program at Lincoln-Sudbury, which gives special needs children of all ages the opportunity to practice field events and running. I enjoyed watching the athletes improve each week.” Isobel enjoyed her first Sewataro summer, and she’s excited to be back at camp. “I enjoy helping children grow in all aspects of their lives. My favorite part of last summer was when my campers earned the Spirit Award!”
Fun (and impressive!) Fact: Isobel holds a 3rd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, an accomplishment that took seven years of hard work, discipline and perseverance to achieve!
