Brian Corey

Joining us for his 4th summer at Sewataro, Brian is very excited about his new role as an Extra. With experience as both the camp Photographer and SOAR Head, this year will cement his abilities as a jack-of-all-trades. Brian is looking forward to the opportunity to work with the larger Sewataro community, and plans to treat “every day as a new challenge and adventure!”

An Art Teacher at Wellesley High School (Evolutions Program), Brian received both his undergraduate (BFA in Art Education/Painting) and graduate (M.Ed in Art Education) degrees from Mass College of Art and Design. In his spare time, Brian enjoys photography, cycling and hiking. His favorite Sewataro traditions are Friday Special Events and daily Closing Exercises: “I enjoy watching the camaraderie of all the tribes in one placeā€¦the campers’ excitement and joy is contagious and always brightens my day.” Another bright spot in Brian’s summer is sharing the magic of camp with his twin boys, Ethan and Emmet.
