Alexis (“Lexi”) Caira is our new Fishing Photographer! “I’m super excited to be able to see more campers each day, and get to know them outside of my tribe!” Lexi’s days will be spent running to and from the fishing pond, photographing campers and their latest catch(es), and then emailing those pics home. She’ll also serve as a Tribe Assistant during key times of the day (lunch and end-of-day), which will allow her the opportunity to have a “home” tribe. This will be Lexi’s second summer on staff, and her favorite things about Sewataro include Friday Special Events and S’mores Week. (She’s also hoping for some redemption in the counselor water slide relay during Water Carnival.)
Lexi is a senior at Watertown H.S., and will be a freshman at WPI in Worcester come fall. Her hobbies include rowing, technical theatre, and singing in her school’s A Cappella club. Lexi can bake “a mean batch of cookies” and has even been known to tie someone else’s shoelaces with her toes!
