Alex is back for his second year on staff, and he’s ready for the fun to begin. “I’m really excited to be spending yet another summer at Camp! I’m looking forward to sharing my love of the outdoors with the campers,” he says. Among Alex’s best memories from last summer are singing songs with his campers on the Overdays, and being an Olympics captain. A Sewataro camper himself for seven summers, Alex says his favorite camper memories include the canoe trip on the Charles River, and making whirlpools in the pools on his first Overnight. :)
A soon-to-be graduate of Wayland H.S., Alex will head to Tufts University this fall, where he’ll be competing as a coxswain on the rowing team. In his spare time, Alex can be found playing piano, skiing (“I’m a big skier, both snow and waterskiing”), rowing, and biking. (“If I’m motivated, I can [bike] 50-60 miles in per day!”) We’re looking forward to having Alex’s upbeat energy back on staff this summer!
