How to get an application

CAMP HOURS:  Campers arrive between 8:15 and 8:45 in the morning and leave at 3:30 in the afternoon.

TUITION:  Tuition includes all supplies and equipment and an overday each session.  There is a discount for 3 or more campers.

REGISTRATION:  A registration fee of $300 for each child (deductible from tuition) must accompany your application.  You will receive a confirmation by mail.  The registration fee is not transferable or refundable for any reason unless written notice of withdrawal is received before November 1, 2008.  You do not forfeit your registration fee if your child is placed on a waiting list.

PAYMENT:  The balance of the tuition must be received by March 1, 2009.  No refund will be made for absence or withdrawal.

TRANSPORTATION:  Transportation is available through an independent company.  An application and information will be mailed to you after enrollment.  The fee is approximately $65 per week from Sudbury and $75 per week from most other towns.  The bus company services: Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Boston, Cambridge, Concord, Framingham, Lexington, Lincoln, Natick, Newton, Southboro, Stow, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston and Winchester.

Because most of our campers use the transportation company, parents who wish to drive their children to and from camp MUST request a Parent Driver application and information upon enrollment.

LUNCH:  Campers bring lunch and beverage, which are refrigerated, and we provide a mid-afternoon snack.

HEALTH FORMS:  State law requires a health form for each child.  A Sewataro Health Card must be received by April 30.

PLACEMENT:  Campers are grouped by grade, gender and length of session.  Please do not assume that a camper registered for an eight week group can automatically be transferred to a four week group if your plans change.  We will do our best to accommodate you, but all changes are subject to availability.

FRIENDS WITH FRIENDS:  You will be given an opportunity in April to request that your child be placed with a special friend.

EXTENDED HOURS:  Many of our counselors will provide child care after the camp day.  Call for additional information.

OPEN HOUSE:  Sunday, June 28 - meet the counselors and view the facilities.  Sewataro t-shirts will be sold.

CAMP CLOSED:  Camp is closed the day the Fourth of July is celebrated.  Camp ends at 1:00 on Friday, August 21st.

PEANUT FREE:  We are as close to peanut free as you can get!  Our parents and staff do an outstanding job of monitoring incoming food to ensure that each camper is as safe as possible.  Please call to get the full details of our food policies!
